Cards

Hi Again,

Time again for another one of Makeesha’s challenge. This weeks challenge is a sketch. Hope you like what I have come up with this week.

Here is the sketch:

Here is my card:

With this card I have used the water misting technique onto the stamp once I inked it up to give this gorgeous water colour look.

The circle backing the stamped image is on doesn’t show up very well in this photo, the colour I have used is Stampin’ Up’s pumpkin pie to pick up the orange in the stamped image and I have used the night of navy marker to create the faux stitching around the edges of the circle.

Card Recipe:

Stamp It: Cling On Stamp - Foliage Flurry & Solid Butterfly. Penny Black Clear Stamp Words - For You. Kaleidacolor Ink - Royal Satin. Kaisercraft: Pearls. Fiskars: Scallop Punch. Stampin’ Up: Cardstock - Rose Red, Pumpkin Pie and Night of Navy. Ink: Night of Navy. Other: Gingham Ribbon

Thanks for looking!!!!

Hi there,

Well I have had a flood of birthdays recently and I have been on a production line making cards, unfortunately I wasn’t able to photograph alot of the cards I made, as I keep leaving everything to the last minute with no time to get them done.

I did manage to photograph one card I made which was for my best friends husbands birthday. I actually don’t often make a lot of male cards, so I enjoy the challenge when I have to make one.

So here is the card:

Card Recipe:

Stampin’ Up: Stamp Set: Party Hearty (B is for Birthday Stamp). Cardstock - Night of Navy & Whisper White. Ink: Night of Navy. Cuttlebug: Embossing folder - Circles. Basic Grey Paper Collection: Granola.

Thanks for looking!!!!

Hi there,

I love the fact that you can get so much inspiration from other talented people that enjoy creating as much as I do. This card I have made is inspired from the “Sweet Sunday Sketch ” challenge.

Here is the sketch:

Here is my creation:

When I saw the sketch I thought straight away of the Rustic Rooster set to make this card. I love how this set is so French Provincial looking and thats the feel I wanted for this card.

Thanks for looking!

Hi there,

I have a gorgeous friend her name is Claire and she recently had her 10th Birthday and something we both have very much in common is that we both love and adore Hello Kitty! You must admit she really is a cute kitty. Anyway I made her this card using the Hello Kitty die-cut from the cricut machine.

Here it is:

 Isn’t she just so cute!

Hi There,

This weekend we had my nephew’s 13th Birthday, so I thought I would share the card I made for him. I didn’t go with the number theme as I thought he would get heaps of age cards.

Design: Cindy Banks- Stamped Word Image © - 1990-2009 Stampin’ Up!®

I picked up this cute Monster stamp from my local scrapbooking store, knowing I would get good use out of it seeing I have boys. The Happy Birthday to you! stamp is from the Stampin’ Up! Spring Mini catalogue, I have also used the scalloped edge punch and the Pattern Paper is from the green stack collection from Die cuts with a View.

I think my Nephew liked his present an ITunes gift Voucher more than the card.

Anyway I enjoyed making it.

Thanks for looking!

Cindy
